Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data into company databases and spreadsheets using specialized software tools.
Verify and cross-check entered information for completeness, consistency, and error-free records.
Organize, sort, and categorize digital files, scanned documents, and client-provided datasets.
Generate basic reports, export data in required formats (Excel, CSV, PDF), and assist in data cleanup projects.
Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily/weekly targets while adhering to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computers: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy, and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; prior data entry experience is a plus but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
