It also introduces various local and international Quality Assurance Models and frameworks which will provide participants with the abilities to manage Quality effectively in their institutions. It particularly provides guidelines on how to run the Quality Enhancement Cells recommended by HEC and effectively implement its Self Assessment Model. It covers the Fundamentals of Academic Quality in Teaching, Curriculum Development, Exams/Assessments and Research Programs; Measurement and Reporting of Academic Outcomes, Academic and Institutional Audits, Self Assessment, and key Quality Management Frameworks for Schools as well as Universities, like ISO 9001 (IWA2), SAQS, ABET, Ofsted and QAA-UK. It is equally valuable for Schools, Colleges and Universities.
